Michael Echaves is beginning his 3rd year teaching and coaching at Troy High School.  He earned his B.A. English from Cal State Fullerton and his Masters Degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University.  His coaching background  includes being an assistant football coach Fullerton High School and Santa Ana High School. He then moved to Segerstrom where he was also an assistant football coach. He was then hired as the head coach at Godinez High School where he lead Godniz to their first league cham[iopnship and their first playoff victory in the school history.  His mission at Troy High School is to comprise an amazing group of men on our coaching staff to lead the great group of young men that makeup the football team.  He currently resides in Tustin with his wife Kali and their three children Evie, Ada and Atticus.
